how to adopt a bunny

Our reservation process is designed to make choosing your bunny organized, fair and stress-free.

Line 8 Lops offers a limited number of Priority Reservation positions for families who are actively searching and ready to welcome a bunny. Priority families receive first access to available babies, with any remaining bunnies posted afterwards on our Available Now page.

Priority Reservations

A limited number of Priority positions are offered for each Reservation Day.

A 50% deposit ($200) secures your Priority position and is applied toward the $400 adoption fee of your bunny.

Once your deposit is received, you’ll be assigned:

• A numbered selection position

• A scheduled 30-minute selection window

• First access to available babies before public reservations open

Selections take place in numerical order, beginning with Priority #1.

Lots of Little Lops to Choose From 🤍

Each Priority Reservation Day typically includes babies from 2–3+ different litters, giving you a variety of colours, markings, sexes and personalities to consider.

Don’t find your bunny the first time? You may transfer your Priority Reservation to the next available round.

When transferring, you will be assigned the first available selection time for that round. Your original selection number and time will not carry over.

A maximum of two transfers is permitted. If you have not selected a bunny after your second transfer, your Priority Reservation will expire, and your selection position will be released.

Your $200 deposit will remain on file as a credit toward a future Line 8 Lops adoption for up to 12 months from your original reservation date. It can be used on any bunny available for public first-come, first-served reservations that follow our Priority reservations.

No problem! Join our free Notification List to hear when new Priority positions open or when remaining babies become available for regular reservation.

The Notification List is not a numbered waitlist and does not hold a bunny or establish a selection position. Babies remaining after Priority Reservation Day are posted on our Available Now page and reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

There is no fee or obligation, and you’re welcome to remain on the list until you find the right bunny for your family
